We exhibited 2 cases at EDS Fair 2009 held in Yokohama.

We exhibited research results at Electronic Design and Solution Fair 2009 (EDS Fair 2009) on semiconductor design held in Yokohama 2009/1 / 22-23, and panel display with four people.

Specific exhibition contents were the following two studies on ubiquitous sensor LSI.

  • Low power consumption technology of intelligent recognition system using utterance estimation
Intelligent · Ubiquitous Sensor · System with high resolution sound source localization · tracking · separation using thousands of microphone arrays and its low power consumption LSI
  • FPGA implementation of low memory bandwidth GMM processor for real-time 20,000 vocabulary continuous speech recognition systemProposal of high performance GMM processor with new parallel architecture specialized for speech recognition aiming at LSI implementation of real-time large vocabulary continuous speech recognition

The two studies presented this time are also aiming to apply to ubiquitous sensor systems and intelligent robots that realize sound source localization to speech recognition.
