Tomoya Takagi of M2 received “IEEE SSCS Kansai Chapter Academic Research Award” at “Ultra low power voice processor for distributed ubiquitous sensor network”. Yuhei Nakada of D1 received the ICD Best Poster Award in “Multicore processor architecture using 7T / 14T SRAM for internal memory”.
