At the LSI and System Workshop 2011 held in Kitakyushu from 16 to 18 May 2010, M2 Y.Terati received the ICD Best Poster Award for “Low Power SIFT Feature Extraction Processor for Full HDTV Real Time Video Recognition”. D1 S.Yoshimoto received the IEEE SSCS Japan Chapter Academic Research Award for “FD-SOI 7T / 14T SRAM with bit error immunity and soft error immunity”.
