At the LSI and System Workshop 2012 held in Kitakyushu, Yohei Nakada won the ICD Excellence Poster Award in “NoC Architecture with Process Variation in mind”. Konishi Hironori received the IEEE SSCS Kansai Chapter Academic Research Award for “40 nm 640 μm 2 7.2 bit process scalable, op-amp-less time computation type AD converter”. Yoshimoto Shusuke won the IEEE SSCS Japan Chapter Academic Research Award for “40 nm 8T SRAM with low power write-back technology achieving 0.5 V 12.9 pJ / access”.
