J.Miyakoshi announced at the 2003 IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC 2003) held in San Jose, California, USA on 21-24 September 2003. The announcement title is “A Sub-mW MPEG-4 Motion Estimation Processor Core for Mobile Video Application”.
